presented more than $8,000 in scholarships to 14 student members for the 2010-2011 school year.

AWA Announces Scholarship Recipients
The Association of Women in Agriculture recently awarded 10 scholarships, totaling $6,000, for the 2010-2011 academic year.
Two Elected, Three Appointed to AWA Corp Board
During last week’s annual meeting, Krista Knigge was elected president, while Kylene Anderson was re-elected treasurer. Amber Hahn was appointed to chair the house management committee. JoDee Sattler joins the board as the education committee chair. Jill Makovec was appointed to a second term as chair of the financial management committee.
